and website (collectively, the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use,
disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Platform.

Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable
Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules,
2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) of

platforms (if you link your account), and public databases to verify your identity and prevent

Other Users: Charger location, availability, and host profile information
is visible to drivers searching for chargers. Driver name and vehicle details are shared
with hosts when a booking is confirmed.
Payment Processors: Financial data is shared with our payment partners
(e.g., Razorpay, Stripe) to process transactions securely. We do not store full payment card
details.
Service Providers: Third-party vendors who help us with hosting,
analytics, customer support, identity verification, and marketing — all bound by data
protection agreements.
Insurance Partners: Limited data may be shared with our insurance provider
to process claims under the host protection policy.
Legal Authorities: When required by law, court order, or to protect the
rights, property, or safety of Chargekr, our users, or the public.

years as required under the Income Tax Act and GST laws of India.
